"I reached out to Amanda Shone in early 2020 for help finding a small commercial office space in Sonoma to either lease or purchase. After finding the “perfect” commercial condo, Amanda walked me, a first-time buyer, through the purchase process step by step. It became much more arduous due to it occurring during the Covid-19 pandemic: there was an initial contract, withdrawing the contract due to uncertainty of the market, then another offer, and then, finally, a secure deal with a great outcome. Amanda, through it all, was beyond stellar. She was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the process, and she answered or sought out answers from the sellers to every question I had, even very small ones. Upon pulling out of the deal early on, she watched the market and reached out to me when she thought we could procure this office for much less than asking. She is savvy, smart, supportive, and very hard-working, yet somehow she made the whole process fun. I truly enjoyed our interactions and consider her a friend now.
